The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for exploring all the sights. The rooms are spacious and cleaned very well every morning, with replacement towels and toiletries. There is also a lovely rooftop pool, and infused water at reception is a refreshing bonus.

The staff could be more efficient and cordial at times.

We recently spent New Year's at a hotel in Barcelona and had a great experience. The location of the hotel was superb, just a short walk away from the main attractions and public transportation. We loved being able to explore the city easily. The hotel also had a rooftop bar with a fine view, perfect for enjoying a drink and soaking in the atmosphere.

Great location! The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from Placa de Catalunya. Super convenient for getting around and exploring the city. the bed in our room was comfortable. The comfiest hotel bed I've ever slept in! Made for a really restful and enjoyable stay. Lastly, there was a small local shop right across from the hotel where we could get cheap snacks and drinks. Saved us from having to rely on the overpriced mini bar in our room.

The hotel staff's English was quite poor and at times we had difficulty communicating with them. the WiFi was very unreliable, especially in the mornings when we needed to work.

Service room service was also available which enhanced our overall experience. What made it even better was the stunning rooftop pool and the friendly staff on the rooftop bar serving delicious drinks and snacks. Definitely, a great choice for an enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing experience at Gran Hotel Havana. Upon arrival, I was really surprised to find that my extra early check-in request had been accommodated. The room I stayed in had a balcony overlooking Corts Catalans, offering a beautiful view. The hotel's location was perfect, with La Rambla just a 10-minute walk away and Passage de Gracie just a 3-minute walk away. The staff were accommodating and attentive, making my stay even better. Room service was always prompt and the room itself was always clean and tidy. my stay at Gran Hotel Havana was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it.
